LightningController - A simple randomized lightning controller for VaM

This plugin will generate randomized lightning (strobe) effect when attached to a light in a scene. Control the various lightning parameters for each lightning light the where the plugin is attached. Load the demo scene file from the VAR and select the various lights in the scene to see how the different parameters affect each light.
