It is extremely easy to set it up. Make sure you install Python and then download the following files

There is also an installation guide which consists of 6 easy steps (Don't skip step 5 if you plan on generating females / NSFW, because faces can sometimes distort and GFPGAN can help restore the faces)

After that you need to make sure you download the AI model and place it in the /Models folder.

Cool results I like the overall style!

Novel AI is a paid service but the model got leaked. Lots of SD discord servers where you can find a download / torrent link.
Just add it to your /Models folder and start generating

i'll stay away from that I think. it seems ckpt's are not that secure, i wouldn't trust discord/torrent ones

There are ways to check if the file is safe though. Every CKPT file that I download I run it through Sandboxie and then followed by a Pickle Scanner for potentially malicious code.

A friend of mine gave me a link to Midjourney. The AI was working 'alright' I have to say. I created this AI generated image.

But now the negative side, you can only generated up to 25 pictures. After that you need to pay money, which I didn't do thank god. Because what happened afterwards was just disgraceful. Suddenly I received A LOT of spam through their discord (which you need to become member, to get the AI working). Not one or two messages, but TONS of spam messages. Sometimes I received up to 30 private messages, from that Discord server. Just out of nowhere, all with links, invites and other crap I needed to "accept". It's good that Discord has the option to see what servers you share with a person. So, I could see exactly where they are coming from.

Somehow I was suddenly also blocked on their whole Discord server for no reason. I contacted them through support channel, which was the only channel working for me. Suddenly a moderator asks me their names and proof. I send their ID, name and proof. After that, the moderator asks me to enable "developer mode" of Discord and share information of mine, so he/she could ban those people. Why would I share information of my personal Discord and enable developer mode, while the moderator has their names, and Discord ID?

I said to fuck off and I immediately left the Discord server and deleted the AI. I also read reports of people that had the same thing and also where scammed by the same company. I also read reports of people that can't cancel their subscription.

Also their terms and agreements are shady as fuck. It receives right now 61% 1 stars on Trustpilot. Their AI is working, I can't deny it and it was fun for what it is. But a very shady company. Thank god I didn't get any subscription.

And just download mdjrny-v4.ckpt and place that to the models folder. JaxZoa in his guide talks about Anythingv3, I use HassanBlend, but it's the same thing, you copy the model in a folder and select that model in a dropdown instead of anythingv3 or hassanblend.

Myself personally I like hassanblend more than midjourney though even for more creative stuff, like

these were all generated in sequence, I didn't cherry-pick them. I just took the first 200 images it generated

I must say, I do like Stable Diffusion. Now I don't need any "shady" website or strange Discord channel to play with a AI.

It's easy to set up, even without any coding skills.
