Jinx (Commission) - Tuned to an Arcane image reference

- Arcane Jinx look fine tuned to a specific image reference
- CUA hair + braids both with physics
- The outfit is a combination of VL_13's shoe kit & CMA's open dress as dependency
(commissioner only wanted the look without clothing)
