Is there any software that can increase the game‘s FPS in VR? Such as DlSS or FSR?

Yes, but only in specific setups.
I use virtual desktop with the vrtoolkit that gives foveated rendering and upscaling. I also get interpolated frames thanks to VD which brings my overall frame rate up to something passable on most scenes.
