Question Is it possible to edit the base skeleton of a character and if so, how?

I've been trying to make very tall female characters and have run into an issue. When increasing the "Legs Length" morph, the two ass bones (or are they joints I am not sure) move down way more than other bones. Lowering the "Body Scale" morph (making the body bigger) moves them back up, but for the proportions I want it just isn't enough. The problem is that the ass collision becomes very messed up. All the other bones work perfectly fine. I've attached a screengrab comparing the default character to mine. The bones I'm talking about are circled in green. If anyone wants to test it out the morph values are "Legs Length = 2.000" and "Body Scale = -3.000"

I was wondering if it's possible to edit those bones back up to where they should be. I've tried recreating the look in other ways but it always comes down to those damn bones moving where they shouldn't.
