It looks great, just what i need for few of my scenes.

BUT!!

"It may be a little intensive on older GPUs."
bruh... my 4090 screams when i just load the enviro alone...
with 2 models i get around 40fps in Desktop mode.. cant even imagine in VR...

I very strongly recommend optimizing this.
Its very big, separating parts of the map into multiple prefabs would help and let people choose which parts they actually need for their work.
But the Main thing that eats all the GPU performance are the lights...
Please avoid using lights in unity for environmental assets!! Not only it eats gpu performace like crazy but, Every scenes is only as pretty as its lighting. and having lights in the scene that one has no control over is very bad. let people set up their own lights according to needs of their scenes and performance.
By that extent i would remove all the fire effects from this and add them also as separate prefabs, so people can place them around where they need them together with lights in VaM.

Other than that, it looks really good. (y)

I really like all your fantasy environments, we dont have enough of those on the hub. It would be great if you could avoid issues with optimisation like this on your other and future assets.

On my GTX4090 it works fine. But the two pools (surface) next to the throne are not compatible for VR.
