INSTRUCTIONS:-
Download VAR Package and copy it under AddonPackages in VAM-Root.
Var package contains- merged morph files, genitals and texture directory.
1.) Open var package into winzip/winrar
2.)Copy/extract morph files into <VAM-ROOT>/Custom/atom/person/Morph/female
3.)Copy/extract Genital files into <VAM-ROOT>/Custom/atom/person/Morph/female_genitalia
4.)Copy ppo2 directory which contains face texture files into <VAM-root>/Custom/atom/person/texture
NOW Open look/scene and everything...

This looks great, but any way to get the dependencies down?

Ignore dependencies, just follow the 4 steps instructions. Even if i manually edit the json file , VAM Will still point you to many dependencies, That is issue with VAM. 4 steps which i have put as instructions is excellent work around which works very well as i have tested it multiple times on two different systems.
