Question Identifying a Look

Sorry to bother, but does anybody know where this look came from or who made it? All I was able to find was a photo of it.

She looks really familiar, but I looked through my assets and couldn't find her. She reminds me a lot of MK47s work, particularly this one, though it's not her.
