Solved I need help finding a guide I saw once, regarding low FPS static/animated persons, how to create them and import them into VaM.

Been looking everywhere but can't seem to find it. Anyone know what one I'm talking about or has one in general? I was thinking for a bit it was XPS but now Im not sure, maybe they were just animated assets or something of people that were very low hit to FPS compared to normal person atoms.
