How to swap model from existing scene

Hi!

How would I simply swap a model that has come with a scene, for one that I have somewhere else?

For some reason I can only see the default looks.

Use the appearance presets. It is a tab on every Person. Save the appearance from the person you want and load it on the person in another scene.
