how to save pose presets

How can I save pose presets? I have spent a whole day to deal with it? please help me, thanks

Simple. Select the person atom, go to the Pose Presets tab, type in a name and save it. If you tweak the pose, you can overwrite that preset. The Wiki doesn't seem to cover this basic point.

Is there a way to be in an existing scene that has pose presets built into it and overwrite them in the var file if they needed tweaking? Doesn’t seem to have the option to overwrite like it does when you create a new one.

Not without things getting messy. Best to just save a local copy of the modded scene. I do it all the time.
