Does that happen on all scenes and people?

No, only the scene that I have downloaded. Do you think If I uninstalled and reinstalled the scene it would be fixed?

Either a problem in the scene or you're missing a dependency or some other possibility.
Try changing the male appearance.
If it's a Hub scene I can also check if it's the scene that has a problem.

No problem when I try it. Do you have these dependencies?
kemenate.Male_Body_Hair
kemenate.Male_Beard

I checked and do have those dependencies. It seems to only happen on this scene though, i downloaded another scene and it was fine. Could it be something to do with the plugin popup things that ask you to press cancel or okay when you download a scene. Should i be pressing okay on those?

The plugin popup to accept/deny running the plugin?
You're 99.99% fine to accept always, but I don't think it's the case here. Perhaps you have too low shader quality settings or lights (user preferences), and you can try removing the male's beard from the hairs tab.

it is also happening to the other model in specific parts. I'll mess with the shader quality settings tomorrow, and if it doesn't fix it ill just put up with it or get a different scene. I really appreciate the help though thanks!
