How to change between creator's textures

Sometimes creators have different textures for looks, ofter different face textures such as this one:

When I get these, I can never figure out where to go to change between the face textures. Is there a standard location to access and change these?

The person control has a "textures" tab that lets you specify individual files for each texture slot. There's also "skin presets" that let you load entire texture sets at once.
