Not sure what I'm doing wrong: created a scene with multiple subscenes and it works fine from my VAM install. When I package the scene as a .var for export, the subscenes will not load when triggered. As if they're not there but I can see the subscenes inside the .var (in Custom/Subscenes/Username/etc.). What am I missing? ?

If you used the subscene from Custom\SubScene\H4N5\subscene_folder\ and added it in the package builder it should reference that. So I would guess it's something in the triggers you are using perhaps?

How did you package the Subscenes? Did you add them manually one y one?

The easiest and most efficient way is: only add your scene in the package. Then click on "Prep package" and all the subscenes will appear as "FIXABLE" missing content. Click on "Fix issues": you're done!
That way the link to your subscenes will always be made, no matter where they come from (self-made or from another package).
Never had any issue... and I'm using subscenes a lot.

If it doesn't work by doing that, as Carcosa said, you'd rather check on the trigger side.
