How do I fully control/get a male body

I know that I can posses one but am unable to move around normally in it as some parts are anchored down. Is there any way to make it so as you are walking normally and have full control over a male body?

do i need trackers or can there be plugins that just let my character walk when i move around?

Maybe there's a plugin or two that can emulate walking in some way, you need to look around.
For real tracking of more than your head and hands, you need trackers and/or base stations.
