Happy new year to everybody! 🌟

Could someone help me out please?
I'm searching for this one specific plugin which made it able to grab hair and connect an atom to the hair at any various point for moving it around.

Please VaM forum, you are my last hope! :D

EDIT: Already found it guys, searched for it in the past but couldn't find it.
