Question Help finding specific clothing

A few days ago all my VAM data got wiped, so I have been trying to recreate various outfits I had saved from old screenshots. Would anyone happen to know what these boots are called? I don't remember the specific name or who made them and for the life of me I can't seem to find them anywhere in the hub.

I would appreciate any help with this
