Little animated riding scene with character selector containing 6 different characters, 3 each side of action. Toggleable music and gif-tv show to watch if you get bored.

What method is used for that video playing on the TV? I am trying to add things like that to other scenes but I am trying to find the best method. I searched in Atom Select but could not find a CUA or anything that can be selected on the TV itself. Pls help

You can use add image on tv screen. Copy it first to vam/custom/images. You can use gifs as moving image but they tend to be very large file size if good quality.
