I've seen this happen before to others. It's something related to your GPU settings, don't recall what it was. Try first the default settings in your GPU application and see if they fix this.
-I am not sure about Nvidia settings, but on AMD you can easily replicate this if Tessellation level is too low or off (note: changing it requires restart)
-also VaM setting for shader quality, if set too low (but that one has more effect on pubic hair)
