I noticed there are a few reference issues to some sound files, and it also refererences the paid version of ExpressionBlushingAndTears when it does not need to.
I've fixed these issues for you, and changed the reference to version .latest for ExpressionBlushingAndTears, the scene should now be totally hub-hosted.
You may want to check your versions of some of your plugins, you are using older versions in this scene for a lot of them.

I can't figure out what EBAT's expressions are doing that's bugging out her bangs. Usually, I'd guess an animated bone morph causes physics to go haywire but I can't pin this one down.

Yeah, I'm used to this effect on EBAT. It happens on so many hairstyles it's kind of a turn-on at this point for me
