The Gantz Outfit has been remade and released for free.
Just like in the preview image, there is a semi - transparent preset. Or you can also adjust it in the customization to completely remove the leotard.

Made this outfit more than 10 years ago for a fallout 3 mod. Every now and then I see it again, modded into other "games"
