You should add more details for others to be able to help. There are different futa systems and a few screenshots or a video help a lot to see what might be the issue

If you're talking about an AltFuta, you have to save an appearance preset for the female morphs, skin and clothes. That's what you probably loaded. You also have to save an AltFuta preset inside the plugin's UI in order to complete the look. That means you have to load the plugin on the female, or use a plugin preset.
