For poses & pose presets, and even appearance loading: "Load with respect to <node>" dropdown option

When loading a pose (or preset) it would be nice not to be locked into loading with respect to the person control. It would be great to be able to say "load with respect to the head control" so the head doesn't change position when the pose loads. Perhaps also include a "preserve rotation" checkbox, which would load the pose with the head position and rotation unchanged.

Likewise for appearances. When you substitute a short model for a tall one in a sex scene, often things no longer line up. If the user could specify what node should not change position, this problem could be solved.
