Floating clothes (separate from character)

I have a couple of scenes that i made by myself, they both have the same issue: a piece of equipped clothing is floating near the character model. The model is supposed to have the piece of clothing on them, but instead its floating in the air a bit to the side. Putting clothing off and on again doesn't solve the issue, just like tinkering with any of the parameters. As for plugins, i only have timeline, keybindings and colored controllers on. Has anyone encountered similar problems?

You possibly used "hide material" as a way to hide clothing. This is a potential side effect, don't use it, use instead "alpha adjust".
You can force reload the clothing to have it back to normal, it's somewhere in the clothing options.
