Question Facegen and AI generated Faces - is there a working workflow in 2023?

I wonder if there is a way to create AI generated high quality face textures as a source for facegen ?

Facegen may need a front and side picture and i only see it halfway works creating one highres front picture

On civitai i had a look for like portrait LORA's front side to create two pictures but cannot find anything.

I've been experimenting with this. If you use a prompt that asks for a headshot or mugshot you can sometimes get a face looking straight ahead with no expression and this actually works pretty well in Facegen without needing a side profile shot.
