Exception During Prep error while trying to prep package with particular clothing.

There is a particular clothing item that throws an error whenever I try to prep a package that includes it. I'm including the log and the explorer window where the offending clothing texture is. Does anyone have a fix for this? ErrorShots.pngOffendingFile.png
