I'm trying to embed a RedGif media url into my post but I get this error "The specified URL cannot be embedded as media." Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advanced!

Already had this error at some point. It disappeared by itself after a while.

In the meantime, you can add your content by adding the following BBCode:
Code:
[MEDIA=redgifs]your_link_id[/MEDIA]
where "your_link_id" is the id at the end of the URL.

For instance:
Code:
[MEDIA=redgifs]uniqueslimybluebottle[/MEDIA]
for this link:
Code:
https://redgifs.com/watch/uniqueslimybluebottle

On my side the redgifs iframe doesn't load anymore. If I fetch the link from the source code, I can click on it and see the video.
It occurs only on desktop, not on mobile. Anybody having the same issue?

Thank you for taking the time to help! I ended up using another platform (Vimeo) and that seemed to work. Also, I had tried using the BBCode as well and it didn't work at that time. I may have made a mistake inputting the code? I'm not sure.

So you also have an issue with redgifs? I guess something is happening on the redgifs side of things.
