It’s just the new built-in lip sync functionality! It’s part of VAM now - basically just turn it on.

No, you're right actually. The audio was messed up. I used 11 labs for the voice - but somehow the resulting audio had some noise in it - so I actually added MORE noise to the background to sort of conceal it and make some continuity between audio clips. I may have just made things worse.. IDK.
