Disable all navigation with button

Is there a way to toggle the "Disable All Navigation" option on a button press? I'm trying to create a button that simultaneously enabled the PossessSex link function and disables all navigation but I can't find that option in the button triggers menu. Is it named something odd? Thanks in advance for any help or alternative methods!

I nevr heard of PossessSex and searching pointed to some kind of Easymate plugin, is that what it is?
As Easymate is broken in the latest VaM versions and I'm not familiar with the above plugin, what is the goal you want to reach? Perhaps there are updated ways for it?
