I seem to get an extreme amount of banding on all the walls no matter what, but from your shots you have absolutely 0 banding. Any idea what could be causing or what may prevent this?

I use reshade, Deband removes stripes well.

Or you can use MacGruber.PostMagic (Grain), you need to configure it so that the noise grain is small and barely noticeable.
