There's a licensing issue I believe here. The original subway car, compete with tunnel and movement, was originally created by Oeshii and is a free asset:

Why did you need permission from Nial to use the subway car? I also checked Nial's resource on this and he does not credit Oeshii for the subway car either.

Doesn't seem right if you ask me, unless I'm missing something. The only reason I discovered this discrepency is because I'm building my own subway scene using Oeshii's train and I know I sure don't need Nial's permission to use it.
