She is tech 17 during gravity rush 1...soooooo in my country that's above AOC!

But GR1 came out in 2012 and GR 2 is a year on.... sooooo kat is now either 27 ...or by GR2 2017 release date she'd be 23! lol Kat is now CAT! ...and 100% eligible for a LOOK.

And come on... the girl showers in an open drain and wears a maid outfit & kitten suit combo every chance she gets (atleast when i play )
