I have been searching for this look on the hub but no luck.
Would appreciate if someone knows the source/author or has the look that can share it?

The only forum place I know is arca.live. When a look (any look asset etc actually) is posted there it's is only available for three days and then you can't get it again. It's gone forever. Most looks are also not distributed free or paid, it's not a forum like here it's more of a here's what I'm working on kind of place from what I can tell. The others are just blurs in my memory and I'm not gonna hurt my head trying to remember them.

I think you are right but because I rarely download looks I think a similar look was in a scene that contained the model. Mr. Lee also has a few similar looks that with a few tweaks/modifications could get you very close to what you are looking for (if you are still having difficulty finding the model you want).
