Could someone create an outfit like this?

Basically a spider cacoon.

I think I've seen something like that as a paid clothing a year or two ago. It didn't cover the head but did wrap the body.

Unless there's a very dirty hack, characters need to be T posed to be wrapped during clothes import. It's unlikely you'll find outfits like this.

I thought I found it but it but it was just clear body wrapped tape I remembered from Molmark and not able to be used it to create that unless you get creative with some clothing items but you wont get the look that you really want.
