ClothGrabSphereNEO - Control multiple vertices, keep Information to sceneFile, and freely transform cloth items.

I developed this based on Stopper's "ClothGrabControl".
It can now remember multiple vertices.
It may still be unstable, so don't get your hopes up.
However, I find it useful.

+ Add or remove vertices as if painting with a brush.
+ Solid Mode allows you to group and move selected vertices.
+ Select Cloth from the dropdown menu to affect only those vertices.
+ Remembers vertices and allows you to detach and reattach them.
+ Saves vertex information in the scene file.
+ Manually Re-Attach...

This sounds awesome! I haven't tried it out yet, but it would be even more useful if you could save the data in a pose file as well.
 
I am the only who did'nt get how it works ? lol

With assume that this script can deform cloth with ability of saving\reopening scene with keeping cloth deforming (?) - that would be really cool.

I tried to follow instruction:
- added two ClothGrabSphere balls and enabled it
- did load script, and select person and her cloth in dropdown list OK

So what next.
Pressed to "Attach (New set)" i not see if it does something.
How it interact with ClothGrabSphere's ?
"ShowGrabMarkers" checkbox does not show any markers.

Please make videotutor for dumbs.

I got it to work. Paint some of the vertexes by enabling the paint option and then holding control while hovering your mouse over the vertices.

Ok but do i right understand that painting this is optional ability here, whereas main purpose (main benefit i mean) is ability to saving changed cloth state inside scene.

It does do that, but you have to paint it first. How does it know what vertices to save?

... If you do all of them your computer will probably shit itself and die. I did try cranking it up and my FPS visibly dropped.

Hello :)
ClothGrabSphere can only deform cloth with Physics. Or, if the Sim texture is 255, it will not deform at all.
I recommend trying it with cloth that has an easy-to-understand Sim, such as a skirt.
Vertices will be selected from the center of the sphere, so align them accordingly.
These operations are exactly the same as the original ClothGrabSphere.
