want to review this but it doesnt work for me...
no errors or obvious issues but the look i get doesnt look like the one showed and doesnt look much like CIRI...
any ideas why this is ?

Your other looks are spot on so clearly its a tech issue...

Hmmmm weird. Did you download PixelPorts' Keira? Try to see if his morph is active, sometimes it bugs and not activates. I noticed this recently and the only thing I could do would be to repackage the morphs and this issue seems to be solved, it's something related to how his morphs are loaded.

I also added a disclaimer section to the main page. If it's the morph issue, I'll fix it in the next patch together with the broken textures.

Does yours look like this?
