Question Character gets out of light

Hi brand new here!
I created a character and added an animation from a preset list. I see that after i cycle the preset animation a little bit, my character is not in her original spot no more, even after stopping, And therefore, standing out of the light.
Is there a way to make her end her preset move in the same place she started? Or just refresh her location back to where she was earlier?
Also, is there a way to make the light go after her maybe?

You click on the lights atom you want and it's the Control tab, usually the first one that shows up.
