Question character creation question

Hello, I am looking for a program to create renders for a novella, because of the graphics one of the choices has become this program. The question is this, I need to create a character futa, but in the classical sense of the term, can this program to create a character at the same time and female and male genetalia?

You might try this. I think it has a mode where it doesn't hide the female parts.
