What we have today is another pet project i was chipping away at for a few months which eventually resulted in the mass of textures , decals and plugins you now see before you. She loves fast dudes but only if you are referring to running - being fast in other categories isn't something to brag about.......

If you have any fix that allows to use the bodies without the corresponding heads, that will be amazing

im unsure how to go about doing so. i've asked around previously with few to no replies. i'm sure there has to be some workaround i just dont know about .

The simplest thing I can think of is doing a head morph to adapt with the body, with no facial changes to the default daz model.
