The horniness I have of this is crazy but I'm not sure how to pull this off. Especially when he cums and she sticks out her tongue and the drool comes down. It would be so hot to see it in POV vr. Can anyone work on this or point on how I can make this scene myself. I can get cycle force and auto thrusting and the poses but I'm not sure how to get the expressions or do the ending.

I think it is a conventional scene that you can do with the timeline plugin and keyframe animation. For sticking the tongue out and facial expressions you would animate the specific morphs inside the timeline plugin. For drool and cum you could take some of the clothing items especially made for this case (you would animate the alpha to fade them in). I think there are even several drool/tears items with built in effects.

For the x-ray effect this looks similar to the one from your video (i think there may be more or even that specific one):
