After during some research, I extracted the Preset Bunny files from the var file and moved them to the appropriate directory. Then I opened a scene and replaced the model with preset_bunny.vap. Was this procedure documented earlier?
Sorry, there's no scene associated with this look. To use it you would need to select a person in the scene you want to change (in edit mode), go to Appearance preset -> Select existing and in search for addons look up this package (comes up by my nickname or by "Bunny").
