The screen in the scene is supposed to load and play an MP4 video file from the package, but for some reason, it doesn’t show anything—just a blank screen. I tried loading it manually, but I could only get JPG files to display. I’m not sure if it’s due to a missing plugin or something else. If you have time, I’d really appreciate any help or feedback.

- usually its because the extension is in capital, like .MP4 instead of .mp4 , but i checked, and the extension inside the .VAR is correct.
- in your picture 002.png, i see you're trying to load something from unspeakable things scene, your VAM only detected the image file, but the scene should also contain a video
- the video player is using a native VAM feature, so the issue is not in plugins
- the difference that i can identify, between my VAM and yours, is i use English Language in version 1.22.0.12

I don't know if version difference/language is causing the problem, but lets update your VAM. We'll see if the problem is solved or not

• Oh, that’s right — the video player uses VAM’s native functionality and doesn’t rely on plugins, so the issue isn’t plugin-related.
• After doing some research and updating my VAM version, it can now read MP4 files normally. The problem was likely because my version was from three years ago and simply too outdated. The reason my interface showed a different language was because I had a translation patch installed for my preferred language. Some issues can be caused by language encoding, but in this case, it was definitely just the old version...
