Downloaded this package. All is working after I press play button. You mean animation is not being played? I'm not a developer, don't have any Idea, sorry!

it's the codec. isom is an oddball codec for use in browsers.
something like x264 would be better in my opinion.

i was able to download the video and view it in MPC-HC.
