When I uploaded your model, it floated (literally levitated above the ground). I checked, and it's because of these two morphs.

Your clothes include shoes, and you apparently integrated this heel morph into the avatar itself, which is sad :(

Plus, the seams between the legs are visible.
 
When I use these morphs on the default VaM model, no such thing occurs. And the Appearance Preset doesn't have heels. I have no way to replicate the issue.

However, the model is smaller in scale compared to default model. So it is normal for it to appear levitating, though not as extreme as it appears in your screenshot.

As long as the collisions work fine, I don't see any issue. I also don't have any seam issues on my part, neither with or without gloss.
