like your poses but the root position is way off on all of them. I have to fix with each pose I use. Also, spring rate is set to max (2000 I think?) on every control point. This isn't ideal either, for me at least and I have to fix that too.

1. Increase spring can reduce swing or jiggle. It's help for symmetry pose.
2. I didn't notice it before, can store root node in save pose.
