Question Best VaM lighting template for NSFW AI reference?

Hey everyone,

I’m using VaM (new to this) to create adatabase oof base poses for NSFW AI generation from different angles, but I’m struggling with the lighting. Everything I set up comes out washed out or too dark to be useful for ControlNet.

Does anyone have a "starter scene" or template that is already optimized for rendering for that purpose? I just want to drop in two models, pose the interaction, and hit render without fighting the light settings for hours.

Also, are there any specific VaM plugins or tools you recommend for generating the actual ControlNet maps (Depth, Canny, etc.) so that I get perfect anatomy eventually?

This is for photorealistic image generation (not anime, etc).
