Hello and welcome to another AppetiteVisual resource! (Will I keep saying this? Time will tell)..

"Hot Girl" morph for an attractive nose shape that is difficult to produce with default VAM sliders. Also includes some subtle contouring of the mouth, and the angle of the mandible. Why'd he mess with the jaw too? Because it's my first Blender morph, and it worked out really well, so I don't think you'll mind. I think you'll find the contours make your model's face look a lot more realistic...

Version 2 (Symmetrized nostrils and nose tip)

Version 2 - Symmetrized nostrils and nose tip. It wasn't that bad, but it was noticeable. Still a lot to learn about Blender!
