This is an apartment that I found on Sketchfab. The only modification I made was to remove the TV trays from the living room. This is the same apartment used in my Bondage Horse scene.

For some reason VAM wouldn't recognize the .var. I extracted the assetbundle though and got it working that way. It's very good and performance friendly. Only problem I have is the very low hanging lamp right over the bed.
