How do I make a character lick a pole, or a object, cua, etc?

I was hoping to find a 'realtime' behavior kind of thing. Like the Silvercircler Kiss, where I pick the target in the dropdown.

If you can code, i think Silver Kiss could be edited to add targets. IT's CC-BY-SA, so i believe that's cool to do. I don't have time or cycles at the moment to even think about doing it.
