starman updated AmbiencePlayer with a new update entry:

AmbiencePlayer Version 2

• Changed the behavior of the folder browser.
  • Now only possible to get folders in VAM root folder. VAM blocks plugins from getting files outside the root folder.
  • Subfolders of Custom and Saves folders are valid as well as VARs that have content there.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I don't have any music here, even though I added it.

Path:
\Virt-a Mate\Custom\Sounds

I added two pieces of music, but for some reason yours is empty.

Although if I go to "Add music to scene" through the VaM menu, it finds the music and everything is fine.
